Pneumax Imperial Mine Cylinders are locally manufactured and can be ordered in any stroke required. All types of mountings are available. made from steel, these fixtures are supplied separately depending on customers requirements.

CONTROL PANEL BOXES

Lever Operated Control Boxes
This Enclosure Box will allow the operator to SAFELY control the movement of Pneumatic Cylinders.

Push Button Operated Control Boxes
This Enclosure Box will allow the operator to SAFELY control the movement of Rail Change and Stop Block Devices.

Custom Built Boxes
Special function Enclosure Boxes made to order with parts as required.

RAIL SWITCH

Pneumatically controlled RAil SWITCH DEVICE, fined with a double acting Pneumatic Cylinder will allow the operator to change the direction of the rail from a SAFE distance, allowing Hoppers and Moving Cars to move SAFELY in the desired direction.
With the use of a Pneumatic Remotely Controlled Push Bunon Valve, the air will be sent to the linear Cylinder inside the fabrication and the Connecting Arm will change the rail direction.
Once the bunon is disengaged the rail will return back to the straight position.

STOP BLOCK

Pneumatically controlled STOP BLOCK DEVICE, fitted with a double acting Pneumatic Actuator will allow the operator to move the Stop Block up or down from a SAFE location, directing the rail traffic.
With the use of a Pneumatic Remotely Controlled Push Button Valve, the air will be sent to the Rotary Actuator inside the fabrication, the 90° rotation on the Actuator will lift the Stop Block arm up or down.
Once the button is disengaged, the arm will return back to the opposite position.

ACTUATORS & AUTOMATED VALVES

Pneumatically controlled Double or Single Acting Actuators. fined and tested onto Ball or Butterfly Valves are available in different configurations and sizes.
Used predominantly to open and close pipelines. these Actuators can be fined onto Valves to suit client specifications.
Electric Actuators can be supplied with On/ Off or Modulating (4-20mA) functions.
Accessories in the form of Namur Valves, Umit Switch Boxes and Position Indicators can be fined onto Actuators.
Bunerfly Valves with manual Gear Boxes or Hand Levers can be ordered separately.
Lever operated Ball Valves are also available.
Angle Seat Piston Valves and VIP Automated Valves are available to be used in applications with space restriction.
